Untuk membuat ayam crispy, ada beberapa bahan-bahan yang perlu disiapkan terlebih dahulu:

Cara Membuat Ayam Crispy
1. Bersihkan Ayam
Pertama, bersihkan ayam dengan air mengalir dan lap dengan kain bersih. Kemudian potong ayam sesuai selera.
2. Siapkan Bumbu Ayam
Siapkan bumbu ayam dengan mencampurkan bawang putih, lada bubuk, dan garam. Aduk rata.
3. Lumuri Ayam dengan Bumbu
Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu yang sudah dibuat tadi. Pastikan bumbu merata dan meresap ke dalam daging ayam. Diamkan selama 10-15 menit.
4. Siapkan Tepung
Siapkan tepung terigu, tepung beras, tepung maizena, dan tepung roti di dalam wadah yang berbeda-beda.
5. Kocok Telur
Kocok telur ayam dalam wadah yang terpisah.
6. Celup Ayam ke Tepung Terigu
Celupkan ayam ke dalam tepung terigu hingga merata. Goyangkan ayam agar sisa tepung terigu jatuh.
7. Celup Ayam ke Telur
Celupkan ayam ke dalam telur yang sudah dikocok tadi. Pastikan ayam terlapisi telur dengan merata.
8. Celup Ayam ke Campuran Tepung
Celupkan ayam ke dalam campuran tepung yang berisi tepung beras, tepung maizena, dan tepung roti. Pastikan ayam terlapisi tepung dengan merata. Ulangi langkah ini hingga semua ayam terlapisi tepung.
Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan. Goreng ayam dengan api sedang hingga berwarna kecokelatan dan matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
